Crating, shipping, and curbside delivery to the winner’s address will be included. Winner is responsible for receiving, unpacking, placement, and disposal of the crate. You will need help from a friend, family member or neighbour to unpack and place the shuffleboard. Any additional charges incurred due to missed shipment, unpacking or placement are the winner’s responsibility.
Contest runs 12/09/2020 to 12/13/2020 at 9:00 PT. Winner will be chosen at random and announced on Instagram 12/14/2020
Contest open to Canadian and USA addresses only. Due to delivery restrictions, the winner's address must be within 1 hr proximity of a shipping terminal. Union Wood Co does not guarantee delivery dates or specified timelines.
For shipment to the USA, the winner must provide the winner/receiver’s name, phone number, delivery address, and SSN for the broker during cross border shipping. If the winner is a business, a tax ID # is also required. All of this information is required by law.
If the winner does not agree to these terms, a new winner will be selected at random. Union Wood Co reserves the right to cancel the agreement or terminate the contest at any time.
