That's right, there is a new Tacofino in town and we’re uber stoked about it! Nestled in Vancouver’s financial district, the Oasis location does not let us down with the ultra chill vibe we’ve come to expect from the brand and a scrumptious menu that sets it apart from it’s sister restaurants. 
 

Shiloh Sukkau, the designer who’s creativity gave us the Yaletown and Gastown locations, again delivers a space that makes us want to recline back and indulge in as many burritos and tacos as we can eat. The Oasis has been designed with a subtle nod to America’s southwest design and some retro feels that we are totally digging. One design detail that sticks out is the unconventional use of cobble stone on the super shiny countertop of the the serving bar. And, as sign of our times, we’re in love with the millennial pink tables!

 

The Oasis has all of our favourites from the other locations but with some ingredient twists to play with our taste buds. The classic crispy chicken, which everyone loves, is sweetened up with mango pineapple salsa and Filipino style banana ketchup. There are also some new additions to  the menu like a duck carnitas burrito with black chili mayo and a crispy ice cream sandwich that will possess your dessert dreams for the rest of time.
