The wood is finished with a food-grade mineral oil, and the utility hole helps with handling and hanging for storage. 

The small wooden cutting boards are ideal for kitchen prep like chopping and delivering ingredients into your pan. The larger cutting boards make gorgeous grazing boards for cheese, charcuterie, and desserts.
